ABOUT HF WELLNESS BY YAC

OUR MISSION

The Hong Fook Mental Health Wellness website is developed and designed by the HF Youth Advisory Committee. The Youth Advisory Committee consists of 13 youths collaborating together virtually on leadership opportunities. Every week on Thursdays from October 14, the YAC gathered virtually across the GTA to put together a wonderful website for other youth. Through this website, we hope to educate the East Asian community about mental health and illnesses. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming place to talk about mental health and illnesses and develop self-care/wellbeing practices.
